About Us
Attorney Kirill Tarasenko practices primarily civil justice law and business litigation throughout Sacramento and the Bay Area. A graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, he holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Global Studies and International Relations, as well as Slavic Languages and Literature. With a passion for international law and government relations, Kirill Tarasenko also studied at the International University in Moscow and in Australia.
Attorney Tarasenko then earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where he was a lead debater on the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Court Team that traveled to Vienna, Austria to debate against law programs from all over the world. During law school, Kirill was honored to serve in Congress on the U.S. House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Terrorism, Nuclear Nonproliferation, and Trade in Washington, D.C. After his time on Capitol Hill and later working in California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Legal Affairs Office, Kirill understood his calling to be in the courtroom, providing representation to those who could not represent themselves.
Following his time studying criminal law and working in the Public Defender’s Office providing legal assistance to those who could not afford private counsel, Kirill Tarasenko opened the Tarasenko Law Firm, providing unparalleled personal service to clients.
